I then attached stickers, chipboard, flowers, rub-ons & other embellishments. Finally, ribbons were tied at free-will to the handle.

To add dimension to the circle punched flowers, I used Papier Glass Finish (by folkart) on every other petal and then dusted the sugar coating glitter over top; then left overnight to dry. Just adds a bit of sparkle & bling.
