My dream from a young girl, was to own a store. I have always done crafts, sewing and some quilting, but I never thought it would be in my store. My business opened in Nov 1991, a balloon bouquet and décor business, in the basement of our house. We stayed at home for a year, moving to town to share a store front with a girlfriend in the lower floor of her flower shop, she chose to close after one year. I carried on and in 1997 we bought a building that has become our home. Since we opened in this location, we have doubled our floor space by knocking out a wall.

Scrapbooking was something both my mother and grandmother did in a simpler way. My mom had two 8 1\2 x 14 albums which she had all the photos of her youth, her brothers and courtship with my father, complete with journaling. I now have these albums. My grandmother was a lover of the Royal Family. She made regular old scrapbooks with all the newspaper clippings she could collect, chronologically glued in for her to look through. I loved looking through these.

I started scrapbooking with Creative Memories, 20 years ago. When I found I couldn't get what I needed through them, I started to get scrapbook product to sell in the store. One little four foot rack has expanded to 1000 sq feet of scrapbook product.

This year I had the opportunity to purchase an excellent online store, so we grow again. So now you can shop in the comfort of your own home and get it delivered to you mailbox or pick up your order at the store.
